    Brisket was thin sliced and was still tough. Knifes would have helped, instead of using fingers to tear apart. Fast food bbq

    What a hidden and unexpected gem! This place is inside a Legacy Chevron gas station! The lady there was super helpful & kind! I will return again!

    We thought to try this tonight. Got the hours wrong but the kind gentleman sold us a pound of the very best brisket anyway. It was incredible! The bbq sauce was wonderful! We will be back to try all their delicious treats!!

    One of my favorite places in the valley. As far as bbq goes this is top notch! Fun atmosphere,clean, great people. Everything I’ve had here is delicious! Different days have different menu items just fyi.

    The absolute BEST Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich I have ever had in my life. Also the biggest portion.

    No BS. The best ribs aswell. I dare you to put this little smoke shop up against any other in Idaho

    Now lets talk sides that are second to none.
    Out out this world chili
    Hashbrown caserole and I have not even told you about the chicken or pulled pork

    Voted Best Ribs and Brisket in Idaho by me and my family
