House of JuJu - Orofino

Amazing food, amazing service. Justin (chef) and Miranda (server) are wonderful. Attentive and warm service combined with excellent meals make this a gastronomical oasis in a culinary wasteland. Must try the buffalo tacos.

Absolutely amazing spot! We drove all day from Boise and were looking for someplace to eat better than fast food. We both ordered the JuJu Blue burger with a salad! It was seriously one of the best burgers we’ve ever had! The burger was huge but somehow we both put it down. Everything was made beautifully, crunchy bacon, amazing carmelized onions, toasted buns, perfectly cooked patty and the blue cheese melted but didn’t disappear at sight or in flavor, and didn’t make a crumbly mess I’ve had with other blue cheese burgers! We also were lucky enough to share a piece of their delicious caramel cheesecake! Great small town atmosphere but looked refreshed and modernized. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Wow Wow Wow! Do yourselves a favor and give them a visit! We will be back!!!!

Amazing food, amazing deserts, good drink selection. Servers are happy, friendly and very efficient. Prices reasonable. This place would be a hit even in Boise. Orofino really fortunate to have such a high quality place to eat.

Amazing food and matching customer service! Cannot speak more highly of our experience here. My wife, son, and I all ordered different food and desserts, none of them disappointed. So good!

I was eagerly awaiting the opening of House of JuJu after meeting the amazing owners at another event. Scott and Julie are fabulous people. If you knew their story, you'd understand. I was a little worried that I'd built it up in my mind and that I'd be disappointed. Well, not at all!!!

I've been twice now and tried a third time, but went on a day they were closed. The staff is attentive without being intrusive. I have dietary restrictions and they were great about working with me. The shrimp tacos are AMAZING (and huge!)! I had the sliders on the first visit, which allows you to choose three of their gourmet options. I couldn't decide which I liked the most because they were all so delicious. My boyfriend had the fish sandwich and declared it to be the best he'd ever had. Their huckleberry lemonade (alcoholic) is really good, and you can actually tell there's alcohol in it! I can't decide which I like better for a side dish...the potatoes or the dragon lady slaw. They have several dipping sauces and dressings and they are all so tasty. We live in Juliaetta and wish they were here! We don't mind the drive and will be going back as often as we can.

We used to frequent Hardware Brewing, but they closed last fall and won't be re-opening. They were closer, but JuJu is WELL worth the drive! :) Thank you to the owners for taking a chance on little Orofino. We are happy you're here!
