River Rock Cafe

I've eaten here several times. In my opinion, the only decent food is during breakfast. The biscuits and gravy is passable, though the gravy can be quite salty, and no, that isn't just "good flavor". I remember a time in which I ordered fried chicken and the middle of a breast was ice cold. Wasn't a fan of that. I've also been a witness to one of many arguments that the owner has with people. Not a fan of that, at least do it in private. Whenever I have the pizza it's always horribly bland and never fills your stomach. As a few other reviews say, there is a fly issue, and not just from "coming in from the door", as other places I go to in the town do not have this problem. Kim's responses to reviews, instead of being open minded to criticism like a responsible adult, really showcase how she wants her business to be seen, and this is coming from a 17 year old.

Passing through Riggins and came upon this lil Gem of a small town
restaurant.. lots of local charm, pleasant people and staff, exceptional service,
people in my 6 person party thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast meals provided
(Breakfast Burrito, eggs Benedict, and couple omelets with sausage gravy). I
loved the BISCUITS and GRAVY and BACON cooked to perfection .. definitely is
a must try ..reminds me of down home southern cooking... like Grandma used
to make. If your passing through, stop in because it's sooo delicious!

Nice little restaurant on the outskirts of town. They have a large menu , hamburgers , breakfast and pizza . I ordered the small pizza , I was also able to finish it . Great crust and toppings .

The food was good. The service was excellent. We had a reservation for 10 @ 5:30 but people got delayed and they were able to accommodate a later start time. On a busier night I am not sure they would have been able too. But they were able too and were super nice about it!

Plenty of space and great service.
I recommend the bloody merry and the pancakes 🥞 nicely fluffy!
Biscuit and gravy was ok, wish it had more meat in it and l should’ve asked to serve the biscuit and gravy separately
