Bardenay Restaurant & Distillery - Coeur d'Alene

My first time here and the food was really mediocre. I was pretty disappointed. I had the Club Sandwich…. They forgot the bacon and the fries came out cold. With warm summer nights coming, I was excited to come & sit in there outdoor setting and enjoy a glass of wine. We’ll see if I come back. At least the views made it worth it.

I've eaten here three times so far. All three times, the food was great, the service was great, the cocktails are delicious and the prices are affordable. I really love their clam chowder in particular. All in all, I really enjoy this restaurant! In the picture are the fish tacos with Caesar salad, and that was very tasty.

The meatloaf sandwich and garlic mashed potatoes was good. Looks great on the plate but hard to keep it together. By the time I got the first few bites down the sandwich was falling apart. Flavor was good. The club sandwich was good and my wife had no problem keeping it together. The place was very loud so don’t plan on having a business lunch/dinner. I would probably do it again but not at a busy time.

Love everything about this place. The staff, the views, the eclectic menu and the indian/curry/satay inspired varieties. Killer happy hour too. Can't wait to return. Emme, Shelby and Kramer are awesome!

Salmon was tasty and tender, salad was a little spicy and not very exciting I would have rather had veggies. The steak was cooked perfectly and went well with potatoes and arugula. Appetizer bread was a little different than I imagined, cold tomatoes was a little off on warm bread but still yummy. Service was good. Little spendy but what isn't anymore
