Everything was delicious! I love when bbq places can smoke chicken well and get that smoky flavor in it, since poultry cooking usually works best hot and fast. The brisket was very tender, though not the moistest I've ever had. That's a hard feat and balance when you need to cook for 8-12 hours or more and keep it resting throughout the day to serve so I cant find fault there.
We had all 4 sides and they are all incredibly good. The pepperjack mac and cheese was awesome. Great potato salad, great beans, great slaw.
The family that works it are kind and friendly too..10 out of 10 experience and I will definitely be back
The brisket was perfectly smoked with great flavor. The mac and cheese was delicious, although the pasta could have cooked a minute longer. Bacon wrapped jalapeños had the perfect amount of heat and texture. The chili had more meat than you would expect! Great food and great experience all around!
Daryl and the team knocked it out of the park for our customer appreciation party for around 300 people!!! His brisket is out of this world!! The pepperjack mac&cheese is probably the best mac&cheese I’ve ever had!! He came a couple hours before the event and set everything up. Cooked chicken before and during the event. It was definitely a great experience for our customers and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have GREAT food for any event they are looking to cater!!
Who is in the mood for some barbecue. We have been on a long trip home from Idaho and we're looking for some food we are on our last 3 hours and we found this little hidden gem. Oh my goodness if you try anything try their mac and cheese bowl with the barbecue meat in it throw some sour cream on that you will not go wrong and I am telling you you have to try to believe it. I don't think I have ever seen that in any food truck or any place. Be patient when ordering because they don't have that stuff just made right up they make it to order.
Went here after seeing it reccomended on a few different sites. The meat was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. The tri-tip nachos were a yummy treat. Tried the pepper jack mac and cheese and the potato salad. Mac and cheese was good but could use a stir before you eat it. The potato salad was good, tastes fine. The real gem is their meat and for that it's worth the trip.
