Edgy Veggie Salad Co.

I can’t believe it took me this long to go here! I got the January bowl, asked for no chicken so they gave me extra black beans which I appreciate so much! The portion is very generous, sure to fill you up without leaving you wanting. Thank you for having healthy, simple food available in such a convenient way. Their prices aren’t any different than a drive through meal at this point, everything’s gotten so expensive and I can tell these guys are trying to keep good food reasonable and accessible. I just wish they were open 24/7! Then I wouldn’t have any excuse to go anywhere else lol

Wow! I just ordered from edgy veggie for the first time today. What an incredible and amazing salad! The portion size is huge, the ingredients are generous. It was the perfect healthy lunch for me during my workday. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.
Oh, and did I mention it is delicious?

That was an amazing salad. My husband kept raving about this place and I finally got a chance to try them for myself. I’ve been craving another ever since. My only wish is that they were open later because I’ve missed out 3 times in the last week. Can’t wait to try more of their offerings because everything on the menu looked good. Especially if you’re conscious of your health, this is a perfect place.

I ordered the seasonal Sweet Peach salad and it was phenomenal! The peach vinaigrette was delicious and the salad was so fresh and beautiful. I had lovely conversation and can hopefully visit again soon.

Steak in one salad comes cold and kinda rare for my taste. I think they should ask how you want your steak cooked. My second salad came with chicken and it was also cold and had a funny taste. I think a grilled chicken would be good in this salad. The mandarin orange taste like it's out of a can maybe that's the only way to do it. One bite of my salad tasted like dirt. That's how fresh the veggies are which is good as long as they are rinsed well. The sugar snap peas were amazing! They were so sweet it was like they tasted them before they put them in the salad. I spent just over $20 bucks for two salads. If I could have had cooked steak, not raw and chicken that tasted like chicken I would say I'm going to go back. But as of right now I'm not going back. Oh and the dressing for the southwest salad was ok but the dressing for the Chinese salad tasted way too much like vinegar.
