Firehouse Subs Ramsey Crossing

my god! actual customer service!! how rare.
tonight was our first visit and I came away pretty impressed. we downloaded the app and signed up for the rewards program before we even went out and browsed their menu. some of the reviews for FS in Spokane mentioned difficulties with their ordering setup. even if I hadn't prepared i found ordering simple, very similar to SF Sourdough.
i got the firehouse hero (ham turkey and roast beef, full veg) and she got the brisket. they were out of large sandwich rolls so we both got mediums. everyone there was super friendly and communicative. the manager, kyle, chatted me up while we waited. super nice guy.
the thing that stood out for me, besides the outstanding customer service we received, was the HUGE hot sauce selection. we got our food to go and they had containers to take sauce home. they ranged in heat from 1 (A1 sauce) to 10 (this might make your face melt off sauce).
i really enjoyed the 3 samples i took, especially the mango habanero.
our subs were delicious and filling. nice amount of meat and veg. the pickle was good.
extremely pleased with our visit. I'm excited to try more of their menu and the chili.

This place is a breath of fresh air compare to the sandwich shops in the area. They were extremely delicious subs! The medium size is definitely big enough to fill you up. It’s clean and the staff was very friendly. They also have a hot sauce bar that has almost any hot sauce you can think of to put on your subs. 10/10 would recommend.
