Awesome food and staff! Had delicious tapas. The Asian meatballs and the pulled pork enchiladas were phenomenal! Even during a remodel the staff adapted so well. Super friendly and professional. Got to talk to the GM Gabriel Cruz and learned the enchiladas were his dish. Such a great experience we are going back tonight.

Wow. Where to start? This is a bed and breakfast in a residential area in Core'dalne. This was my first time coming here, and I'll never forget it. The atmosphere has a comforting woody, cabin kind of feel to it, and has a fairy like garden outside. I ordered the Cinnamon French Toast, and I loved it! It was buttery, and had really great flavor. If you need something extra, I would recommend the hash browns. That staff was super friendly, and even let us look at some cook books they have. When I come back to Core'dalne, I'm definitely coming here. I tottaly recommend coming here!

Chef Gabriel is extremely talented!! Our experience was top notch. We had his specialty the Shrimp Etouffee Benedict, and the Papas y Chorizo tacos. What a start to our day!!! Super flavorful, perfectly balanced. Highly recommend stopping at the Greenbriar for a meal.

We are so happy we chose to use Greenbriar Catering for our wedding! They were so accommodating with our last minute booking and multiple dietary restrictions, and they went out of their way to take extra safety precautions due to COVID concerns. The food was absolutely delicious and was presented well! The serving staff were very kind and helpful on the day of the wedding. We invited Greenbriar Catering to our home to host our daughters birthday party. They were fantastic in working with us on menu selection, adjusting to our preferred budget and best of all - they provided absolutely everything! Drinks, food, silverware, napkins, plates, glasses! Total cost was extremely fair and we loved that they did everything. So helpful! Food and drinks were a hit with our guests and food was ample. Highly recommend contacting them for your event.
