While driving from Spokane to Montana we wanted to find a nice hometown place to get a hearty breakfast and Michael D’s didn’t disappoint. Our server Diana was very accommodating and answered all of our questions about the menu. I ordered the Country Fried Steak with a pancake and my Girlfriend ordered the corned beef hash with the Saratoga style scrambled eggs.
Everything was absolutely phenomenal. Seasoned well and cooked to perfection. As a chef and restaurant industry veteran, I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt that the Corned Beef Hash is the best I’ve ever had. We will be back anytime we are in the area!!

I absolutely love it here. The staff are so friendly. The food is excellent. You can ask for crispy bacon and you will get it! I love their biscuits and gravy, the quality is better than most places in the area. The potatoes are seriously the best breakfast side in the whole Northwest.

One of the best breakfast I ever had, and the best toast I ever had (really thick cut slices of bread). The corned beef hash was homemade and not from a can. Eggs cooked perfectly. The breakfast potatoes were delicious (especially with a side of hollandaise sauce). The zucchini bread was amazing! Located not far from the high way. The service is friendly and the food comes out hot and fast. Definitely worth the stop, amazing breakfast!

They have amazing corned beef... Not the canned stuff you'd get at other diners. This is the shredded beef. This is yummy.

Never disappoints, friendly staff, clean environment, never had a bad experience. I rate this place very high.. we always have something different today we tried to big trout fillet breakfast it was outstanding, plus we had The bolt omelet both were delicious 🤘
