Paragon Brewing

Been here a half dozen times to eat at this place that happens to be a brewery LOL. Food is reliably solid especially the flash friend brussels. Had the meatloaf this time and appreciate the huge piece I got served even if it's flavor wasn't fully rounded out
as in previous visits. Service was kind and engaged, not a big deal our guests had to go grab their own flatware and small plates as the place got busy. Appreciate the pricing that won't leave you poor but isn't cheap.

The food was okay, allot of beer flavor throughout, not my favorite flavor, but if you like this sort of thing you should try it.

Update: 12/30/23. Very good beer and the service was great. We did 2 different flights and all the beers were good and a few were awesome. The stout is a clear favorite and we ended up with a Growler! Definitely recommend stopping here for a good beer!

Unique but solid food choices, good beer, nice staff. We really like the meatloaf, steak salad, and chicken pot pie. Paragon takes homestyle favorites and does them with a unique flair.

Great service, loved their Peanut Butter Burger with Tots and their Mac and Cheese the first time we came in. Came in again tonight and the service was good but the food was horrible. Brisket sandwich special was terrible, Crispy fried chicken sandwich was overcooked and fries were soggy.
