Noodle Express

Yakisoba noodles with chicken was a big hit with my kid, a little salty, but still good. I ordered the Singapore rice bowl with chicken. It tasted good, a little bit of a mellow flavor. Maybe more sauce with the rice would have been better. I really wish they gave more of the slaw with the rice bowls.

I ordered Noodles express through a third-party delivery service. When it got here, the rice had not been fully cooked. They were hard and crunchy, so I called the store, not knowing what to do since I ordered through a third-party. The general manager, Lindsey took it upon herself to check the rice, make new rice, and make whole new rice bowl, and bring it out to my house herself. On top of that, brought a gift card with an apology for the inconvenience. This customer service was absolutely AMAZING to me. I am completely taken back. I always love eating there, but this was over and beyond. This is how customer service should be!
