Bruchi's Cheesesteaks & Burgers

The lobby was very dirty. No clean tables, trash on the floor, drink station lacking straws and sauce packets. They were out of many items that prohibited us from getting what we wanted on the menu. I didn't go in the bathroom because the lobby was gross enough. The kitchen area had food pieces every where that the employees just walked through. I only saw three employees and no one greeted us or offered to take our order. We had to use the self serve order taking option. I won't be back for a while.

First time in, and it was a lovely experience. The employees were friendly and helpful.
I ordered the 7" steak supreme. The bread was fresh, the steak tender and hot, all the ingredients tasted great and well balanced. This my have been my first time, but it will not be the last.
