    The two employees working in the store on Saturday 11/11/23 had to deal with with ingredient shortages and a packed store... Everywhere else was closed due to the natural gas being down. They were kind, courteous and extremely polite despite the circumstances. Made sure customers in the store got served before online orders. Very grateful for them. EXCELLENT WORK!!

    The food is always pretty good but dang they could really work on cleaning more. Every time I go there there are lots of tables covered in things and the floor is dirty and you are lucky to find a clean table...😬

    This Qdoba is in the Palouse Mall. Love eating here, but the restaurant is not always clean. Rarely see anyone out cleaning tables and the restaurant. The food is good and hot. You can have exactly what you want put on your food.

    The food in general is great. Rice can use more flavor and the grilled meat can use a bit more char. The portion size is less than at Chipotle based on the 3 times I've been there. The mood is not as happy but I go because it's slightly spicier and tastes a little more like home.
