Burger King

Went here on hollows eve. It was very fun walking in to the place to see people dressed up. Plus the fries are very good. They have the perfect amount of salt to dip them into a milkshake and still have a slight saltiness

I went through the drive thru earlier with 2 coupons I simply asked if I could use both coupons and the lady said very snotty like " I guess I can try" I said okay I gave her the codes and after I gave the codes I wanted to order some more and she cut me off completely she didn't even ask what I wanted to drink with my meals. I got up to the window told the man my drinks and gave the money. The lady that took my order handed the bag very aggressively and didn't say nothing. I feel that that was very poor customer service and that she shall work on it. Thanks bk y'all are usually amazing.

Food was good. Ketchup spilled on floor. Told crew. They said they'd clean it up, but was still there by the time we left....kind of a safety hazard really....

Normally use the drive through 9+/10X. Have set inside & it was nicely updated, clean, efficient.
Don't care for the recent trend of self help kiosk ordering stations. I'm sure it helps free up expensive employees to be more efficient & cost effective elsewhere, rather than 'wait' on customers who hem & haw, ask questions, slowly decide & order (formerly known as 'customer service' - tell the kids), but at least you get a quick, brief retro glimpse of that w/ the DT.
Plus the closest (fast) thing to a cookout burger (w/'real' meat) around. 'sgood 4me!

Food and service were great. What I didn't like seeing is that while most were cleaned and maintained to attend work, a few workers were not. A red head younger gentleman, has gross long nails, that were filthy and some rather large, fresh love bits on his neck. If you're going to work in the public, this isn't acceptable.
