Starbucks

It was terrible know one wanted to wait on me was inside more worried about drive thru.I ordered a drink and oatmeal is was really dry and I didn’t get the dried fruit with it as last time I got the whole thing and the girl said well I have to charger you extra for the raisins and all I had mentioned that I didn’t last time. So I just said forget it and she was I kinda rude like I don’t really want to wait on you . Won’t be back Il go to McDonald’s for it

The times I've visited recently the service was great and the drinks I ordered were on point and the food was hot!

This is the second time I’ve visited this Starbucks and had poor service and or they’ve been out of product. I initially wanted to try the strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino. I was told they are out of the strawberry product so I was offered a Carmel ribbon crunch. My husband had tried to order a cold brew venti with extra splash of cream and was told they are out of venti cups so instead of offering a larger size coffee we were offered a smaller choice . We can see bigger cups and asked about them and they said they usually don’t offer that with the cold brew drink . They apologized but it feels like this happens or something is out of stock each time we visit .

I think this may have been the best Starbucks I've ever been in. That doesn't mean it was perfect but no one is. They were so organized. Check out this photo, these were the online orders, arranged in alphabetical order. There was 8 or 9 people behind the counter working diligently. Everyone was smiling and seemed happy to serve us. Place was clean and organized, just wish the bathrooms were open. I think that's a Starbucks thing though, not just this store. Awesome place. Thanks for the great service
