Chestnut Street Inn

My sister-in-law got my wife a gift certificate to here for her birthday. I don't know what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised by everything about this place. The owners, Jeff and Monika, were so very gracious and welcoming when we stepped through the front door.

We stayed in the burgundy room, which is appointed in burgundy fabrics. It's got a wonderful for poster bed, which is really comfortable.

We upgraded our meal to beef, which was totally worth it. The meal consisted of and appetizer which was goat cheese stuffed tomatoes with a couple of sauces followed by a pesto pasta. The main course was a filet with mushrooms and a drizzle of a balsamic reduction sauce, very tasty! Dessert was tiramisu, also very tasty! If breakfast is anything like supper was it'll be amazing.

I would definitely stay here again.

We went to spend a girls' weekend at the Chestnut. Jeff and Monika are such interesting people and great hosts. We had delicious breakfasts. Yummy pancakes. Oh, and awesome cookies. The rooms were great. We really enjoyed hanging out on their patio too. A great getaway.

Caretakers are very nice. Beautiful property. Amenities are very nice. A/C can be loud. Breakfast was wonderful - came on a blazing hot plate.

Lovely Accommodations! Gracious, informative, delightful and loving Innkeepers! Absolutely DELICIOUS and AMPLE meals (we had dinner and breakfast)! We visited here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and attend other nights during the year just for the dinners! Chef Monika and her food are magnificent! Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend getaway, Jeff and Monika! We'll be back!
