    The lake just opened under new management, first busy night was a success, delicious food, smiling faces & hard workers!

    Christmas party was very good. Melissa took great care of us and the food was good and plentiful. Drinks were also great ☺

    Had a very enjoyable experience at the clubhouse, ate lunch there and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It was cooked perfectly, and had a very tasty seasoning. The clubhouse and restaurant at Lake Carroll both seem to be one of the area's best kept secrets, but they are both excellent choices for dining.
