Favorite Mexican food in Champaign. Glad they finally have a store on campus. A little too late though, I graduated! I will miss those tacos. I only rated it a 4 because the store came too late for me!

My son, a local graduate student, comes here at least twice a week. We are from NJ and he had raved about the food truck and now the restaurant. So of course when I came to visit we had to go there and he was correct. I had the pork tacos American style and they were delicious. The prices are great for students. A must go to if you are at U of I area and even if you aren't ????.

Never not phenomenal! I used to go to the truck and I'm so glad they got a brick and mortar restaurant now. Love this place.

Amazing Latin food. Good portions, reasonably priced, and really unique. I’ve had their burrito and corn tacos, and both were excellent. Chamabanahas lots of “okay” Latin American food that is easily forgotten, but Fernando’s leaves a lasting good impression. I’ll be returning here often!

We loved Fernando’s when it was a food truck, and we’re so happy to have them open at a more permanent location.
