    Went through drive through. The guys stared at us and unnerved my 14 year old daughter..we were asked to park and wait for our order..the chicken strips needed 2 minutes.. over 10 minutes later and 6 more cars through the drive through..we get our order.. when we get home..which is 35 minutes away..we find out they completely left out the gravy for our mashed potatoes!

    While this is a chain, this location deserves an honorable mention. Each time I go in here all of their staff is smiling, and working to better the place. Plus, who doesn't love some good fried chicken? On one occasion more order was incorrect for the sides, but who doesn't make mistakes every now and then? As a customer, you can always check your order before you leave..

    Best KFC in Champaign County. Fresh, Fast, and Friendly. Crispy chicken 5 out 5, mashed potatoes with gravy 5 out 5, KFC Bowl 5 out 5, Corn was very sweet 5 out 5, Cookies fresh and soft-chew. Staff 5 out 5. Lobby Cleanliness 3 out 5 other than that it was great! Thanks for Dinner.

    Stopped in for lunch with my wife. I had the 3 piece dinner she had the BBQ chicken sandwich. Both were got and very good put cashier was great
