(October 12, 2020, 3:14 pm)Fairly well run, always clean. It is low cost for me, because the way I tip in Starbucks is to give them a dollar if they say thank you. At this store, I never have to give them the dollar tip because they never say thank you. It's "there you go", "you're all set", or "have a nice day". They never receive my $1 thank you award.

(October 9, 2020, 12:54 pm)As a local, I have been to all other Starbucks locations in the area and the one in Urbana on Vine St is hands down the best. Everyone always greets me with a friendly smile and a “hello!”. I always feel so welcomed - so thank you! Also, they’re all extremely efficient with my orders. Keep it up, guys - you all rock!
