Excellent service by Kelcie! Definitely recommend her. I ordered many things. The Project Peach bbq sauce is really good. I honestly didnt try any of the others. I kept wanting more of it. Mac n cheese was very cheesy (almost too much?). I did not customize it as it is an option. Orange and Blue draft from JT Walker's. Always a good choice. Sells out at festival's. Cuban sandwich was really awesome with that sauce!
Great service in a small, smokehouse-tavern atmosphere with excellent BBQ and house-made sauces. We got the 4-meat platter and loved the brisket with the raspberry chipotle bourbon sauce and the pulled pork with the project peach sauce. Also good: the turkey, cornbread, and tots. The chicken was just a little dry. There's seating at the bar, and plenty of screens if that's your thing, but the TV/music volume wasn't too bad and the tables and booths were spacious and comfortable. Accessibility is good, but the lighting could be a challenge for some since the overhead lighting is fairly dim.
Their bathrooms are really warm n toasty! I went there when temps were -25 or lower...so that was nice my butt didn't get frostbit. Also, food was excellent!
Great food, flavorful sauces, was there Sunday just after noon - great brunch items! Recommend the smoked turkey, brisket, and pulled pork. Loved the poutine, chicken and waffles, and smoked sausage biscuits and gravy. Will be returning soon!
I went to Project 47, for the first time, and it was great. I enjoyed the decor (I really like WW2 aircraft and related things from that era) and the food was awesome. The waitress was super attentive and our drinks never got below half full.
I got their P-47 burger with a side of their mac and cheese. We also got some cheese curds to share, they were like eating a dream. I wish I could have had 5 lbs. of them. I tried one of my mom's french fries and they were one of the best fries I have ever eaten. They were crispy, but soft in the middle, and they have a special, unique seasoning on them. My dad and brother both got the pulled pork sandwich with the potato salad. They bring you 6 sauces to choose from. They enjoyed their food and the potato salad looked great, it isn't your run of the mill potato salad. My daughter and nephew had the kids pizza, which looked good and they ate it all. I saw someone at another table order the bbq nachos and it was a giant mound. It looked like 3 lbs. of food.
I definitely will be returning, the only question is what do I try next?
