Starbucks

Really enjoyed this place! They are still new but getting better and faster! It takes a lot to start/run a business. I feel like a lot of the one star reviews are from people who arent being understanding and are impatient. They aren't perfect but they're getting better, give them some grace

We were at the window for approximately 10 minutes, not including the line waiting time. I’m not sure what was going on but my order just wasn’t coming out right (I got 3 different drinks), but I know they’re all learning since they literally just opened but the real reason I’m giving this whole store a five star review is because of their employee Mike. He was SUPER friendly, helpful and reassuring. While they were trying to get our order out Mike was talking to us the whole time, he’s pretty funny haha. In the end, Mike had us laughing as we were driving away and satisfied with our drinks. Thanks Mike for making an experience that could have gone bad be great!

Mike was great, it took a little longer to get our order, I think it was because they couldn’t find our online order (took them a couple times to get it right) but whatever the reason was, Mike talked to me the entire time making it still a very nice experience by making small talk and telling jokes. Very happy. As for everyone giving 1 star reviews, they just opened, and could be very new to not just us but them (employees) as well. If you don’t have the time or understanding then don’t go.
