Good service. Portion size good. Handled the size of group they were serving well.

Food was good, a little pricier than some Steak n Shakes as it's independently owned. Waitress was nice and prompt, altho she did forget my side dish. And when my bill was corrected, they messed up and took off $10 for a $2 side!

I would call this place a work in progress. Since it's new they didn't offer the $4 menu like they do it most SteakNShakes. And it was kind of chaotic when I was there. Which was a little after regular lunch time and the service was lackluster. But I do plan on going back it always takes time for new places to get lined out.
The food was really good top notch. I had the new butter burger and it was as good as it looks on the commercials.

Very Impressed! We had a large church group that was going to be coming in late. We called to let them know that it was going to be later than we had originally thought and asked them if that was ok, after checking with their manager they said no problem come in then.
We we're anticipating arriving a half hour before they closed with around twenty to thirty people and they said they would stay open and accommodate us.
The food was GREAT and the service was even better! Corrina was Awesome and the rest of the staff was great too.
One of the best steak n shakes by far! :)

Great service. Great food! They were crazy busy since they just opened yesterday, but still stayed on top of things. Way to go!
