This is by far the best Dairy Queen I've been to in the tri-state area. It was immaculately clean, the food was served fresh and with near unbelievable speed for any restaurant during their peak lunch time. We received our food within two minutes of ordering this last time and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helped to make our visit (along with all the other visits prior) a very pleasant one.
Always a good place for good food and reasonable price.
The food is ok, but the waiting in line for the drive through can be frustrating, particularly around lunch time. The service is slow, even with a small and simple order. Today was really slow. I was in line for over twenty minutes. Some 18 wheeler delivery truck crammed its way into the teeny parking lot and forced it's way through the drive-through line. Several cars had to back up and maneuver out of way. What a traffic jam. The servers are polite but are seemingly unable to get food served expeditiously.
Friendly people, always. However, waited 20 minutes for order ti be called. They were busy, not overwhelmed. When I went to counter to ask, it read immediately found sitting in grill area, never sent to front.
No one offered to make fresh fries etc. Our sandwiches were not cold, not hot either.
One in our group had a deadline and, once again, had to take food meant for dine in and eat on road. That night, she barely got to eat bc of delay.
Only 3 stars for this trip bc of above. Usually, this place is fantastic.
The quality of the food is five stars easily. I've never eaten a hamburger there that didn't burn the roof of my mouth and that's a good thing. The fries have way too much salt and I wouldn't want it any other way. There's always ketchup and clean napkins and the establishment as a whole is kept clean both inside and out I recommend to stop if not just for the ice cream.
