Love this DUNKIN!!! Great crew and management!!! Very friendly and funny, they know their customers by name and that’s rare nowadays. I’ve been reading threw the comments and some of you all need to get a life!! Ok they charge for plastic cups, so does Burger King but they do have courtesy (free) cups. Here’s an easy fix to your problem when you leave your home take a cup of water with you!! Next one, they didn’t answer the phone because it was down...really??? You’re complaining about something they had no control over?? Yeah you certainly have major time on your hands and petty at that. But with all the complaining you all are doing, do you actually think this is affecting their business???? NOT ONE BIT!! they are still open and still making money!! If you don’t like a place you just never go back, you don’t get online and write a review about the place!! Mind you, you are writing a review that you are not getting paid to do!! So how stupid do you feel now? Point is this place is awesome and the crew and management have to deal with some real evil people that think they are entitled. So just remember that when you go to any food service establishment!!! Treat people how you would like to be treated!
