Chicago Pizza Authority

Really decent pizza. Happy to have found another place close by. I thought the sauce was good, the cheese was quality and not as greasy as most and the thin was nice and crispy. Had the stuffed to and it was good with chunky sauce. I think this will be the first place that will stay in that location for a while.

We had a thin crust pizza with sausage and pepperoni, and an order of bread sticks. It was ready to pick up on time and everything was delicious. We will definitely be going back to CPA in the future!

I'm from NY, so I have high standards for thin-crust pizza. We ordered the thin-crust pizza with pepperoni. We thought it was very good compared to a lot of the thin-crust pizza available in this area. We also ordered the thin-crust white pizza with broccoli as an homage to our summer vacations on the Jersey Shore. CPA's version was very tasty and fresh, with generous amounts of ricotta cheese and garlic. The delivery arrived a little earlier than expected. We will definitely be ordering from CPA in Hoffman Estates again.

Finally a true Chicago pizza. Originally tried the stuffed with sausage and green peppers. It reminded us of Nancy's from Chicgo before they franchised. Not a lot of meat; if heavy meat is what you want order extra meat. It was nearly perfect; could have used a tablespoon or so of extra sauce. Last might was had thin sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic. Crust nice and thin lightly crispy, sausage juicy and delicious and perfect, garlic perfect and not overpowering, green peppers cooked perfectly for flavor and texture. I am a cheese lover and it could have used a tad more cheese for me but husband found it perfect. I love CPA and happy we have a true Chicago-worthy pizzeria; their pizza could rival actual Chicago pizzerias where competition weeds out the so-so pies.

So happy to have a pizza place so close to home that is tasty! I highly recommend this establishment for the quality of ingredients are fresh. So far I have ordered pizza and chicken tenders. Both are very good. Give them a try! ?
