El Nuevo Vallarta Sports Bar & Grill

We waited 20min after being seated for someone to take our order. Luckily "Adrian" noticed no one had taken care of us. He was taking care of the furthest section from us. He took our order and was very attentive. 10min after he brought our drinks and took our order the "waitress" assigned to our section came to ask if we where ready to order. She realized we had our drinks and made a face. I noticed she had been talking to her co-workers since we got there therefore had not taken our order I repeat for 20min. Anyways food is great and we really appreciate the service we got from Adrian M. Maybe hire more people like him.

Initial hostess was wonderful. Our waitress was speedy at first but then forgot about our table after we got our food. We did request drinks, a knife and ketchup...we waited a while after requesting. The lobster was $95 and it was dry, which to say the least is disappointing.

Also, if the mariachi is there, be prepared to wait for a while. Overall, not what we expected. Poor service. Average tasting food. High prices.

Good food and great place to bring a large party. Great ambience, plenty of menu items to choose from. They also sell liquor and have a pretty good liquor and mixed drinks menu. Food was good, fresh and flavorful. Only bad thing were their portions on some items. They were on the light side, their prices are a bit steep for some items. Parking if good on weekdays but it gets crowded on weekends. They have live music groups and mariachi. Overall good place to eat and have a good time.
