La Parrilla Colombian Steakhouse

We decided to try someplace new and ended up at La Parrilla. What a great place! First off, from the minute we entered, we were treated like regulars, that they were very happy to see. The two woman working the bar and dining room seemed to love their jobs and were very attentive and friendly. But not to the extent of annoying - just right.

We ordered the empanadas and they were delicious - very crispy. The two of us ordered something different so we could try each other’s. I had the signature skirt steak that was cooked perfectly and delicious. My husband had the sirloin steak, Colombian sausage with pork rinds. Mine was delicious, but I liked his better. I just loved the Colombian sausage and pork rinds. Never had either before and now I’m hooked. Of course between the two, they probably are a million calories.

I highly recommend La Parrilla! Wonderful experience. One last thing — they served one of the best Long Island teas I have ever had.

Great little spot for some pretty good Colombian food. The arepas were great, and the Refajos are HIGHLY recommended! Also you can't beat the lunch special price!!!

I just ordered empanadas and a cheese arepa both plates were delicious I will definitely come back!

Food was delicious! Went with a large group and were very accomadating. Staff was wonderful, kind, and very helpful. Parking in the area can be a little tough, so look for parking on the side streets.
