Amazing sandwiches at a great price. All sorts of Italian cheeses and meats. Their homemade marinated eggplant, and giardiniera (multiple spice levels) are fantastic and well worth the buy.

Best Italian sub in the city, Bari none! The hot giardiniera is actually hot and they have a good selection of pops and chips for the go. The grocery section is great to have in an area where CVS is the only other close option. There pasta sauce is basically homemade and amazing.

I only get the meatball sub can't help myself. Their super hot giardiniera is amazing. Top of the line prosciutto. The focaccia is kind of sweet but is also amazing.

The beauty of this place is its simplicity. The bread is perfect, just a little on the crisp side. Do NOT reinvent the wheel. Order it as it comes, and if you want mustard on your Italian sub, best be sure to "whisper softly" for it. Take it home with you and taste a little bit of Chicago heaven....Well worth it, best in USA .

Affordable prices. Large sandwiches. Good cold slaw. Taste great. seasoned well. Friendly staff. Very friendly customers. Store reminds me of the soup episode with George & jerry on Seinfeld. they also have great Italian sandwiches, that's what my co-workers say. I usually only eat half the sandwich because it's so big. it's from your wrist to your elbow.
