The food is great! Delicious! Service is amazing

My only complain is don't come on the weekends, because the management allows street vendors (DVD sellers, music players), and allow to come perform really loud and go table to table not allowing the customers to socialize with each other because it's Soo loud, it's always annoying .

Then they start panhandling and passing out their business.
Not acceptable, very irritating and it's obvious that they loose eating-in customers.

We came here for the vegetarian options, and we weren't disappointed! They had vegan substitutes for chicken, beef, and pork available, plus an entire vegetarian menu with items that can be made vegan on request.

We ordered the vegan carne asada burrito with rice and the vegan pollo con nopales tacos. Both dishes were exceptional, with great flavor and texture. We also had coffee with our meal, and for diner style coffee, it was delicious.

The service was great, our waitress was lovely and attentive. The restaurant is unassuming and comfortable.

You can tell this place is popular - we left at about 11 a.m. and there was a big line of people waiting to be seated for lunch, so if you get there during peak hours, you might want to prepare to wait.

When we go for Mexican food I usually only have a couple items to choose from but this menu had an entire page of purely vegetarian Mexican items. The food was good! I had a veggie Cuban and a veggie taco de pastor. My friends had veggie "chicken" torta. They didn't disappoint. My husband had real meat he ordered pork ribs in green salsa and loved them. We don't live close but we're definitely going to come back in the future!

My boyfriend are vegetarians, so finding anything on the Southwest side is a challenge. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! So close and not only do they have a great variety of vegetarian items, but everything tastes great and is seasoned perfectly. We found out new go-to! Very refreshing in this area.

Don't forget the faro cake and the waitresses are awesome.
