The service and cleanliness was great
The cleaning lady was pleasant and professional as well I will be staying there again
They did not have jacuzzi but it was still comfortable
Staff were very helful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were very good.
I stay here on a regular basis for work and the staff is awesome they always say hi and great with a smile. The rooms are clean plenty of fresh towels. If you forget a personal item they have some behind desk. I left my tablet in my room and i called when i got home . Normally you would think it would be done for but they did have behind the desk and waiting for me on my next trip.
If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIly. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!
I was there for a banquet. The food and service was excellent. Venue was decorated beautifully the people was nice. I would recommend this place
These people are awesome. I stayed here one Saturday night, the night before running the Chicago Marathon one cool, rainy Sunday morning in early October. I left a Stanley thermal jar that had some emotional value, in the parking lot. I guess that I had set down when my hands were full and I didn’t know it was missing until days later when I was back home in Fargo. To my joy an employee had found it and they didn’t just discard it! They even took it to the post office to get priority postage on it to send my way. A big shout out to all the selfless staff here that are often under appreciated in the service industry. I will try to stay here again for Chicago 2019! By the way, there’s an awesome Eastern European restaurant just down Cicero a bit that has awesome food with a lovely ambiance (see pictures). Out parking lot, turn left on Cicero, is down on the right.
