Service could be nicer.
Manager and employee with various sisters when needed an emergency
Food always fresh because of the busy location. I did get a raw quarter pounder though. Stick with fish and you'll be fine.
Always delicious and made fast.
Alright McDonald's but I would probably do myself a favor by not coming back to this McDonald's/ trying not to go to this McDonald's location due to the fact that this restaurant is very difficult to find and fact that the food served here gets cold fast. It is very difficult to find/ locate since it is hidden inside a dark-colored dimly lit building which you wouldn't even think a McDonald's fast food restaurant would exist. There is no arch logo or guide that makes it easy to locate unlike the rest of the McDonald's Fast Food Restaurants in the Downtown Chicago area including the one even located inside the Chicago Union Station and Chicago Oglive Transportation Center. This McDonald's is located in a weird building on the second floor as the first floor of the building has almost nothing. This McDonald's is smaller than most other McDonald's since it shares the space next to Dunkin' Donuts and Burrito Beach. The service here sucks as it took so long for my order to be prepared and the food was kind of cold by the time I brought it baxk for my family to eat at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile hotel my family was staying at for a conference. We thoughht this McDonald's would be convenient but it ended up actually being very inconvenient depsite the fact that it was closer to our hotel than the other McDonald's fast food restaurants in Downtown Chicago. Next time, I would rather walk further and find a McDonald's which I can find right away based on the Arch symbol rather than have to search around aimlessly for a building which looks empty and dimly lit. This building would seem more like an office building to me that decided to close it doors on the weekend. McDonald's would be the last thing that comes to my mind in this hollow building. There was also major construction around this building site when I was walking so I had an even harder time finding this McDonald's.
