What can you say? The drive-in lines are full 24 hours per day. Best Italian beef in Chicago. Good onion rings. Fabulous chocolate cake. Get the cake shake! Unforgettable ????

This is really one of favorite local restaurants. I highly recommend eating here.

I don't know why it took me so long to review this restaurant, but now I will after I just ate here. This place is essentially a Chicago landmark. Great prices and great food. that's about all I can say. The customer service is amazing. The restaurant has lots of space and it is clean. Get the chocolate cake shake, it is one of the best desserts I have ever had. The only problem is the wait, but that is understandable since it is always packed. I have seen negative reviews complaining about how they had to wait 30-40 minutes, and I don't think they consider that this is not a McDonalds or Burger King, and that this place is always packed unless you go in the morning or early afternoon. It is located in downtown Chicago, of course you are going to wait if you want to go later in the day.

It was my first time visiting and I was very pleased. My husband and I got Italian beef sandwiches with nacho cheese and dipped. This was an amazing combo! The flavors and perfect seasoning burst in my mouth! It was perfection! This restaurant is also clean, the employees are helpful and the vibe is family- friendly. Next time we are in town, we are coming back.

Food is delicious. Price is very reasonable. Biggest problem is the wait. The last two times I ordered for pickup, arrived more than 10min after they said it would be ready and still had to wait another 10-20min for my food. Would've been faster to just order from the line instead of ordering for pickup.
