Decent meal for price paid. Waiter was superb.

Excellent atmosphere, service and food. The service was great, everyone was pleasant and polite.

Lunch was a bit slow to arrive after ordering, but the food was as good as expected for pricey hotel fare. I had a classic burger, which was a large Patty, cooked a little on the rare side for medium rare, but good. The fries reminded me of the fries from Five Guys, so they are probably cut fresh. Service was friendly, overall experience was really good despite it being a bit slower than I would like.

The Palm for New Years Eve. No where else will you find a classier place to be. We have now gone three times to the Chicago location for the holiday and have had a blast each and every time. You must ask for Julia as your server for she has been one of the key reasons the night has been so incredible. She is a rock star! The newly renovated design is great too and if you stay long enough you can see the navy pier fireworks from outside the building.

The Palm has expanded across the country, but lost none of its 5 star dining delights. The service is attentive and engaging, the food is superb and fresh, and the ambience remains great. The 837 club (Palm’s loyalty program) is worth enrolling in and the rewards are worthwhile.
