My first visit to LiteHouse Grill was great. The space is big, a fair bit of seating, some really cool art on the walls, and an overall nice vibe. The staff was kind and friendly. The All-American wrap with All-American sauce was really good - a good price for a good amount of food. Food took a while to make, but it's because the meat is made to order. We were the only ones in line so we didn't wait long. I can see how if there was a long line or if they had a lot of call in orders, it could take a while for the food to come up. But it's really solid food for a good price - worth the wait. And the locally made cookies - Cookies with Curves - were amazing. I definitely recommend this place. Good non-meat options for folks. And they do great work in the community!

Ok, so I found lite house restaurant because the taco station in Hyde Park is closed. However just a little ways further down you'll find this little gem. I ordered the steak burrito for 10 bucks it's huge and delicious, I could only finish half of it. It's pretty cool in the inside as they play upbeat music and have a small eating area. The reason for the missing star is because there a little slow for it to be the lunch hour... Other than that, this place is a hit ????

Food is delicious and fresh but too inconsistent. The service is 3 of 10 at best. They never answer the phone. They need to hire more people to attend to customers. You can’t have 2 people taking and preparing orders for about 15 customers.

Pretty good burritos. It is kind of hidden in the corner of 55th and S Hyde Park. For a place that is "stop and go" I think the time it took for the food to be ready was way too long. If you are not in a rush, definitely check it out! The employees are all very nice. I would have given it another star if it wasn't for the wait.
