Never a disappointing experience. Quality, service and operations are continuously excellent. Not only is the ???? ???? but a ???????? could serve it and it would still be on time, accurate and delicious. For those of you who enjoy dressing w your ???? (to enhance the flavors), they have a unique club dressing or what I call sawce! which is undoubtedly the best complement to a slice, any day. Order the Chicago classic + pepperoni+ mushroom and you will not be disappointed (assuming you eat meat and veg)

Delicious and one-of-a-kind! This place defines Chicago-Style pizza and goes down as one of the most mouth-savoring places in all of Chicago. The salad that we also ordered was so tasty and had such a portillo-feel to it as well. To top it off, the customer service was excellent and friendly! If you are visiting Chicago or live here, you have got to check it out!

I was at the Randolph street location on New Year's day with my better half. The food was excellent and the service outstanding! The waiter was also the bartender...Heston is his name. Heston was very peaceful and pleasant. He treated us as if we were royalty...very attentive. I always eat at this Lou Malnati's location, and I have only had one unpleasant experience that was quickly remedied. I must say that Heston is by far our favorite waiter. He has excellent customer service skills, his pacing was excellent, and he was very professional all the way around. He made us feel like we were off to a great start for the New Year! Thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you for the experience!
