Publican Tavern

This is probably the best location to people-watch and grab a tasty drink in the entire airport. Also, I cannot recommend the publican bacon enough. It's a little grissle looking, but cut it up oh, dip it, eat it, and you'll love it. Wait staff is fast, the kitchen is awesome. Enjoy!

Service was excellent and the food was pretty good (breakfast). It was noteworthy that they didn't have any bread (due to a supplier problem). Prices are quite high for breakfast - but it is past security in an airport.

Perfectly OK airport food. The fried breakfast potatoes were actually pretty good, as was the sweet sausage. Then again, some of the order was lost, then officially noted to be "forgotten," as a sort of explanation. Just another day at O'Hare...

Nice place to have a bite to eat. Would definitely come back. Service was great! Happy faces and great atmosphere.

Bartenders were great. They were just slammed when we were there but the soldiered on and we're very quick to help us. The all knew their stuff and mixed any drink we could think up! A group of very cool dudes behind the bar! If you like the old world feel with tons of dark woodwork and the classic full length mirror Ed bar this is a place to pop in and have a drink or two. It is a real cool place to have a drink before supper!
