El Taco Azteca - Mexican Restaurant of Chicago

Delicious authentic food. I left stuffed and very happy. The music played was upbeat and fun. I loved the decorations with real trees for tables and chairs. The wait staff was wonderful. It felt more like a family gathering in terms of service than a restaurant. Our waitress was great! Can't wait to go back.

These tacos are very different from any other restaurants around the area. We had the beer battered fish, Cecina, alpastor, and cochinita tacos. They were all very delicious. The restaurant itself is very warm and cozy inside. Outside is a different story. Our waiter was friendly, and our food was brought out very quickly. Will be coming back soon, 1st time experience was very good.

This is a BYOB taco joint. Their food is fresh and delicious. The tacos are large and well seasoned. My wife had the mushroom, I had pastor. Both good. Guacamole was flavorful. Will will be back.

Great little Mexican Fusion place with great decor! The food was delicious, and the Horchata was flowing! We tried a combination of 4 different tacos in our group, all of which were fantastic and crowd pleasing. We ordered two corn salads; one to share and one for an entree. They were big enough for 3 of us to have 2 small plates each, and satisfied the one who ordered as an entree. One thing that truly impressed me was that the kitchen is open to see, and you walk through it to get to the restroom. It was very clean! Great place that you should check out if you're in the area!
