The staff need professional customer service training in areas of, how not to discuss their personal business loudly at, the counter and, the staff not handling cooking fries and manning the cash register without gloves or sanitizer. However, they have improved over the years; the staff members are friendlier and more helpful. The location and the need to provide jobs in this area makes it worthwhile to invest in beefing up this crew. Good luck guys.
