They offer very tasty Sze Chuan! In fact, I prefer it to a good number Sze Chuan restaurants in Chicago! The Dou ban fish is very very delicious and their special tofu is pretty good. The service though was a complete disappointment! We had to wait for a host(ess) to guide us to a table for some time! Then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for someone to attend us and offer beverages. Needless to say that the story was repeated when taking our order. In general, they seem to be a bit disorganized but very friendly once you have them attending you!

Healthy food, healthy staff.
From my opinion, seafood is healthy. Steamed food is healthier and full of nutrient. This is a restaurant first of its kind in all the US restaurant I've been.

This place is mainly to boiling congee underneath and use the steam of the congee to steam the seafood, veggies, meat at top. Also the broth of the steamed seafood will drip down back on the congee.
Use the broth of the steamed seafood/veggies as congee base it talented. Positive feedback!
I also like their spices/sauces plates to adjust the taste by your own. Ordered 3 kinds of shell fishes(Oyster, Razor Shell Clams and Abalone) and they tasted decent. They told me price of each item and whether the item is fresh or previously frozen. I also ordered plain congee base. Finally, even the congee tastes so amazing.

By the way, I love this place also because I forgot my AirPods there and when I called them, they said the kept for me until I went back. Pretty nice staff, especially the young lady behind the bar. She is quite angel!

Seafood is fresh and dishes are great, nice services.

A very satisfied experience. Never taste such freshness inside the seafood. Good atmosphere, and good service!!!

It's like in between hot pot and Korean BBQ. Very interesting experience. I had never had anything like it. The food was delicious and the waiting staff was really friendly, and helped us (since we were very clearly confused as to how to do anything). Overall a great experience. However, since most of the food comes raw and unmarinated it can be hard to enjoy the flavor, since it really relies on you to mix the sauces well
