I stopped by this place with friends late on a Friday evening. The Servers were friendly & welcoming.
The food I consumed was tasty & the food was presented on the plate in an appealing matter.
Staff was awesome, food brought swiftly- but the chicken & sausage gumbo had a yellow base (gumbo is not yellow at all), tasted and had a mouth-feel more like stewed chicken and rice. Also had the Hawaiian French toast; it didn't have any favors other than the normal for French toast. If the food would have lived up to the prior appeal that drew me there I would have given 5 stars. The setting is very nice, staff great, food just above diner quality.
My first time eating here. Came with my church choir (AFC) for an outing. It was a large group (30+). Our waitress was the best, smiled, joked with us but handled her business like a pro! The food was delicious (got the buffet), wanted to eat more but l was so stuffed l couldn't. I will definitely return and would recommend to anyone to try them out!
The service from fish is simply amazing and refreshing, very courteous, accommodating polite. The owner came and hugged us and took pictures. The food is good, brunch buffet, but more variety would be great. All in all, a nice spot to enjoy a meal and friend.
We wanted to celebrate our engagement at a Black owned restaurant,Norman's Bistro was the only choice. Tiffany was simply impeccable. She kept us calm and laughing even with a very loud party sitting near us. The service was the most helpful that I've experienced in recent years. Try the fried green beans and lamb chops. So worth it. Norman's took care of us and made our engagement weekend just that much more special.
