    The beef, baptized with mixed peppers and red sauce is the way to go at Buona. For the best experience, YOU MUST HAVE IT BAPTIZED which means dunked in gravy! It's too dry any other way. I'm only giving 3 stars because I am use to more meat on an Italian beef sandwich. I was able to pick it up with one hand and this is unusual for an Italian beef. The sloppier the better! Add more meat and cheese and five stars it is.

    Very nice prices. The salad I had was very fulfilling. Great fresh veggies.

    Food was delicious, service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. It was my first time there but definitely not my last. Can't wait to go back and taste everything else on the menu!!!!????????????????????????
