    The people are great, but they never seem to have Dark Roast brewed and they absolutely do not cook food long enough. The center of meat, cheese, egg, etc are always cold. Have heard others complain in store as well. Please make this adjustment, I'd love to keep coming here.

    They always get my order right! I use on-the-go ordering and it's always ready in a timely fashion. They are also so incredibly friendly here!
