I desired to treat my own family to a nice dinner, and desired to strive some thing new. Wicker park is so hot right now and I heard a whole lot of top things approximately this restaurant so determined to take them right here this night. It's a Wednesday night, nearly freezing cold outdoor and this vicinity is fully packed! I could not agree with it. I become able to make a reservation an hour earlier than dinner with a brief cellphone name. We showed up and were given seated right away. This restaurant is tapas fashion, some dishes are larger than others, like the pizza and pasta is more than enough to share. They have the sort of awesome wine selection, despite the fact that the majority is offered through the bottle...
We got a lot meals tonight. Ordered the effervescent shrimp which turned into just great, it is like a shrimp skillet served with pita bread, so delicious!! Divers scallops, ricotta pillows, cauliflower, squid ink pasta, some other pasta (forgot the name, however that one become the least memorable anyway) and the carbonara pizza. Everything become properly flavored and cooked flawlessly, however the pizza has to be our favourite. Totally coming lower back for extra!

Went to Etta for the first time this past weekend. We were welcomed by the friendliest and kindest hostesses. We were early for our reservation, and they offered us seats in the super-cool upstairs bar. We ordered the coolest drinks from our incredible bartender who never stopped moving! Just minutes later, we were offered a table either upstairs or downstairs. We sat upstairs because the atmosphere was so relaxed and fun. We ordered spicy meatballs, ricotta pillows, and had bone marrow and bubbling shrimp. Loved them all! Then, we shared chopped salad, mushroom pizza, pasta with bolognese and roast chicken. Don't know what they do to the chopped salad, but it was seriously one of the best salads I've ever had. The pizza was amazing (just as good cold the next day). Pasta was amazing, too and even the chicken was great. Finished it off with banana bread pudding. Would go back tomorrow, the next day and the next. Can't wait for the weather to perk up to enjoy the outside space. Love it!

Really enjoyed Etta and looking forward to going back. The focaccia was amazing! Also really liked the melt in your mouth- ricotta pillows. The squid ink pasta was interesting, maybe had too much going on. Only unfortunate part was the timing of our dishes, my sister's pizza came out much later than the rest of our food. Overall, great service and delicious food.

Great atmosphere. Wait staff was very friendly, knowledgeable & attentive. Restaurant was crowded but we were never rushed. Food was delicious! Specialty drinks are very good & strong!

Love this place. Great modern vibe. Fantastic food (have yet to be disappointed by anything I've ordered). Their pizzas are delicious. Their brunch is also really good. Service and staff are great. Definitely a place not to be missed. Make sure to make reservations.
