Very mediocre. I ordered a maxwell polish with twisted fries and a chili cheese burger with regular fries. The maxwell polish was average....twisted fries = delicious.... I didn't eat the chili cheese burger.... Regular fry= disgusting. Great customer service! Even though he forgot the cheese I ordered for my fries. I wish I would've forgotten it because the cheese was disgusting.

The only reason I went here is because I heard about the chili, so I had to try it and it's pretty good. I can't comment on the other food because I haven't tried it. I'd say all the food must be good because I've seen a couple celebrities eat here including Chris Rock and Terrance Howard. The chili is definitely worth trying, I'll buy a couple cups of it just to put one in the refrigerator so I can make chili dogs the next day

The best hot dogs in the city and the service is great. I love going to Lu Lu’s - it’s just a fun place to eat. Do yourself a favor and try the meatball sub.

Since I am gluten intolerant, I have to be picky about what I eat out. The gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what to do. My cup of beef was tender and moist. The fries were tasty and the right amount of crisp. Friendly staff and a parking lot, which in the city is a bonus.

This place is a Chicago landmark! Try their homemade soups and chili. They always have good specials going on...and the staff aims to please. There's not many places that will treat you like family when you walk in, Lulu's is one of the few places that does.
Support a Chicago staple. Thanks Lulu's for years of great food and service.
