Sandwiches are fine, delivery is slow. They seem understaffed.
Epic, fail for me. I called ordered 3 gargantuan sandwiches 3 bags of chips and 3 cokes, and I received 1 sandwich 3 chips and 3 cokes... They got part of it right. The thing that bothers me is that after I called to ask what happened with the order? They charge me for the 333 but, when I said "can you throw in the chips for the inconvenience.?" Total silence and they charged me for delivery again! Not cool, especially if it's your fault.
Love this location very convenient...
Pleasantly surprised to see this Jimmy John’s location open up. Helps all of those who work in River West which is basically a dead zone when it comes to good quick lunch options. Expect consistent fast quality sandwiches here.
