Great food and great service. We arrived at 5:30 on a Monday evening and the restaurant quickly filled up. Our server seemed like he may have actually been the manager and was super helpful and friendly to us and the other tables. The fried buns for dessert were delicious, as was everything else we ordered.

Best hot pot place in Chicago. The quality of meat was the best I’ve ever had in Chicago. Broth of the hot pot was bit of salty, but you could always add water to it. It was not a problem. Service was fast and friendly. This is a nice place to hang out with family.

Food was awesome and exceeded my expectations. Our server was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We did the half and half a la cart with seafood and meat combos. It was more than plenty for 2 people. I will definitely visit this location again when I come back to Chicago.

Overall: A decent hot pot option for larger groups, but don't expect a cheap or atmospheric experience.

The good: The great thing about Little Sheep is that the food is delicious. Everything we had, from the lamb, cuttlefish, baby octopus, fish balls, and all the veggies, tasted great in both the mild and spicy broths Everyone left full and happy. They also have a lot of seating, and with our large group of 2 10 tops, we fit in perfectly (even though we had RSVP).

The not-so-good: Expensive. We paid $33 each without getting any specialty meats or drinks. Sure it's all you can eat, but that's close to high-end Chicago restaurant prices. Not worth it. Also, the place was freezing (it was 5 degrees outside, but still) and the service was so-so on our water refills, and to top it off they played top 40 pop music.

    Food: 8/10
    Atmosphere: 7/10
    Service: 7/10

Amazing place! Delicious food and very courteous servers! Non compromising service that allows you to eat as much as you’d like the way you like! I have been several times already after a Taiwanese coworker told me about it.
