Harolds Chicken 95th

Good customer service and they were friendly, this is by far the best Harold’s I’ve been to in a long time. They cook everything fresh to order it’ll take about 20 minutes when it’s fresh but the wait is worth it. Best Harold’s in Chicago they keep everything original.

No complaints from me in regards to the service nor the food. I did have to wait as I was a walk-in but that was expected. The guy at the counter was professional and was by himself. It may have helped to have a second person on-hand but again, no complaints. Food was good and cooked just as requested.

This is my FAVORITE Harold’s and I will never go to any other location. But there is a catch.. only if a certain young man is on the grill. I don’t know his name but he’s always nice and always does my food right. I only order the perch and it is soo good!!!! The only thing I would change is the type of fries they have. They do offer daily specials. I love that they cook the food to order so it is a wait but definitely worth the wait.

The food is great, but the service is horrible, that light skin dude at night that does the cooking always has an attitude, this is my second time here, same guy, same rudeness, I called to place a order he told me, I ordered to much stuff, I had to wait till I got in to place my order.. today I called and no one answered!, I called as I was coming in and he was just looking at the phone with no customers!.. I then asked about fried green tomatoes that clearly on the menu, he told me “there out of season”, on what planet, if you walk in to jewel you will clearly see green tomatoes for sale!!!!!Again great food but cook/customer service person is horrible!
