First time after countless walk by’s. Honestly a bit underwhelmed by the front ( as mentioned by others the bathroom sink totally caught me off guard but at least it has somewhere to wash up ????) clearly is labeled that everything is self serve and hey that’s not for everyone. I ordered for three to go and the dishes were great, spicy is advertised not correctly it’s on a volcanic level! The chicken was great and the lamb even better and the samosas were wonderful (as well as the accompaniments) without a doubt I will return to try different entrees ( but I won’t be dinning in). Than you Luzzat for a good experience in Rogers Park!

The food is tasty. Great breads. You can never be sure when they will be open. You have to order at the counter and pick up your entre at the counter, it used to be table service. Water from styrofoam cups. About half their original menu is redacted from the printed menu with opaque tape. So, yummy but not a great environment. At least it is clean.

Cute storefront restaurant that serves great Indian food. When they say spicy, they mean spicy! Very homey feeling.

Really high quality food in very basic surroundings. Do if you seek very good northern Indian food you will find it. But unless you take it home, you will be eating on styrofoam plates with plastic silverware.
The adventure of going there and having the food hot and fresh is worth it at least once.
We will return there for sure. A jewel in the rough in Jarvis in Roger's Park. I recommend it!
