Range

I would say that this is one of the hidden gems in Chicago both in terms of food and drinks, but I don't want it to be over run to the point that I get crowded out! First, the bartenders here fantastic! They are not pretentious at all. Tell them what you like, and they will serve it to you! The food is fresh, locally sourced, and always in season. You would be hard pressed to find better in Chicago, even at those "well known" places in Chicago

We've been passing by Range for many moons now. Perfect brunch menu every time. We never went in because we were always rushing towards friends meeting place. Finaly last weekend we got in. Range is perfect. Farm to table restaurant offers meals for everyone's taste. As we settled waitresses took our Beer Mosa order. Why not. Loved it. KOHLRABI SOUP to start our brunch is a must. Fresh mushrooms capture soup allowing you to bite into your soup for once. BRIOCHE LEEK PUDDING was full of flavor, perfectly cooked allowing us to taste every ingredient and feel different dish textures. FRIED EGG SANDWICH with poached egg finalized our savory part and launched us to dessert. VANILLA CUSTARD FRENCH TOAST is unlike any French toast I tasted before. Sweet and crunchy topped us off into the rest of the day. Loved it and we're not passing by any more.

Great food, had steak and eggs and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff was attentive with a really positive vibe. Overall, a great place :)

Good brunch options with slightly unique ingredients. Black bean Benedict was really good. Girlfriend had breakfast sandwich...only comment would be the bread could be more toasted.
